Important provisions

• A request is not a confirmed booking until the relevant confirmation is recorded. Service availability and the final service contract remain the Partner’s responsibility.

• Payment, cancellation and refund conditions shown before confirmation apply together with mandatory law. Complaints must include enough information to identify the booking.
