Steps

1. On the event page, check the organizer, date, ticket type, price, and seating rules.

2. Open the seat map when applicable, select an available seat or zone, and enter contact details and email accurately.

3. Submit the order once and keep the displayed order access link or reference safe.

Possible statuses

An order may be submitted, pending_confirmation, confirmed, issued, cancelled, or expired; a selected seat is not a ticket until issued.

What you can change or cancel

Before confirmation, change the selection only through the available flow. The organizer handles changes and refunds under applicable rules.

Privacy and safety

Troubleshooting

If a seat becomes unavailable, refresh the seat map and choose another. A mistyped email has no confirmed automatic recovery guarantee.

When to contact Support

Contact the organizer about seats, delivery, or refunds; give Support the event URL and order reference without any token for technical errors.
