Steps
For a guest order, open the saved `/tickets/orders/...` link; never enter or publish its token in another form.
After sign-in, use the available claim flow for a guest order, or open My tickets and select the order.
When a ticket is issued, open its QR or ticket code for check-in; the organizer's system validates the final state.
Possible statuses
States include submitted, pending_confirmation, confirmed, issued, partially_checked_in, checked_in, cancelled, and expired.
What you can change or cancel
Claim links an eligible order to an account; it does not change the event. Cancellation, refund, and reissue depend on the available flow and organizer.
Privacy and safety
Troubleshooting
If the link is lost, use only a confirmed claim or profile flow. A mistyped email does not guarantee recovery; do not create another order to find the old one.
When to contact Support
The organizer handles event and entry issues; Support can inspect technical status from a safe order reference without the access token.
